Healthcare Quality Management Workshop

This course focuses on the practical application of quality management, helping participants master core concepts and problem-solving techniques. Topics include theme selection, current-state analysis, goal setting, countermeasure planning, effectiveness verification, and standardization. Through real-world examples, the course will highlight common pitfalls—such as “voting is not root cause analysis”—and guide participants toward accurate analytical thinking.

By integrating innovative thinking and human factors perspectives, the course emphasizes identifying the right problems and implementing the right improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and quality. Participants will develop foundational skills for Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities and learn to apply these tools effectively in clinical settings, achieving truly clear problem identification and effective improvement.
